These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Prejag Holidays. Prices and availability shown on this website are indicative and are confirmed only in a written quotation.
A booking is confirmed when we receive the advance payment stated in your quotation and issue a confirmation. Fares, hotel rates and exchange rates can change until that moment.
We accept bank transfer, UPI and cards. The balance is due by the date on your invoice; late payment may lead to cancellation by the supplier.
Airlines, hotels and tour operators apply their own change and cancellation charges, which are passed on to you together with our service fee. Refunds are processed after the supplier refunds us. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any required health documents. We assist with visa applications, but the decision rests with the issuing authority and fees are non-refundable.
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers and are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by them, by weather, or by events beyond our control. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
