Prejag Holidays has been planning journeys for travellers from Surat since 2008 — 18 years of packages, hotels, tickets and visas, most of them for people who came back a second time or were sent by someone who did.
The work is not glamorous and it is mostly detail: knowing which Schengen appointment queue is moving, which hotel's "sea view" faces a car park, whether a two-hour connection at that airport is really enough with checked bags. That is what an agency is for, and it is why we would rather talk to you than sell you a page with a button on it.
We are deliberately small. You will speak to a person who knows your file, and the same person will still be there when your plans change.

Fares and hotel rates move constantly, so we do not publish prices we would have to break. You get a real figure for your dates, in writing, with what is included spelled out — and no charge for asking.
We are on Ring Road in Surat, and plenty of our customers prefer to sit down with their passports and talk it through. Everything else runs on phone, WhatsApp and email for the people who would rather not.
What the quote covers and what it does not are both written down before you pay, and every booking is invoiced with GST. If a supplier changes something after you have booked, we tell you rather than absorbing it quietly.
