Prejag Holidays ("we", "us") operates https://prejagholidays.com/. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, e-mail address, preferred travel dates and your message. We also record the page you enquired from, your IP address and browser type to help us prevent spam.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and, if you book with us, to make the booking. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail about the trip you asked about. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
To complete a booking we share the passenger details required by airlines, hotels, visa authorities and other suppliers. They process that information under their own privacy policies.
The site uses a session cookie that is needed for the enquiry forms to work. Your browser may also remember the contact details you typed into a form so you don't have to retype them; that is stored only on your device and you can clear it at any time.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, how they arrived, and whether they went on to contact us. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including a shortened form of your IP address. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising. If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser add-on that turns it off on every site: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Most browsers can also block these cookies in their privacy settings.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info@prejagholidays.com.
