Prejag Holidays ("we", "us") operates https://prejagholidays.com/. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, e-mail address, preferred travel dates and your message. We also record the page you enquired from, your IP address and browser type to help us prevent spam.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and, if you book with us, to make the booking. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail about the trip you asked about. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
To complete a booking we share the passenger details required by airlines, hotels, visa authorities and other suppliers. They process that information under their own privacy policies.
The site uses a session cookie needed for forms to work and, if enabled, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Your browser may remember the contact details you typed into an enquiry form so you don't have to retype them; this is stored only on your device.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info@prejagholidays.com.
